Our 24-7 emergency callout rota provides “peace of mind” that we can react seamlessly when you need us the most and our Engineers are all specialist “Air Conditioning” Engineers so we never have to rely on third party providers. Our Service Support Team have a reputation for providing a fast and responsive service, and provide timely feedback to ensure that you are updated at the earliest opportunity.
Each engineer has a large van stocked with hand tools, specialist tools and essential spare parts including condensate pumps, fittings, coil cleaners etc.
We try to retain continuity on callouts so that the engineer that diagnosed the fault, will return to fit the replacement parts and if the fault reoccurs our escalation procedure would be for that engineer to return with our Technical Supervisor/Training Manager.
